Compliance

In order to own and trade SAVW, investors must pass strict KYC and AML requirements including having passed identity verification, source-of-funds checks, and any jurisdictional compliance protocols prior to purchase. They must also qualify under our eligibility criteria below.

Eligible Investors

SAVW tokens are available exclusively to the following individuals:

  1. A High-Net-Worth Individual, meeting one or more of the following:

a) Annual income of £100,000 or more.

b) Net assets (excluding primary residence) of £250,000 or more.

  1. A Sophisticated Investor, such as:

a) Someone who has made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the last two years.

b) A director of a company with a turnover of at least £1 million.

c) A member of a network or syndicate of business angels for at least six months.

  1. An Institutional or Professional Investor, including:

a) Family offices, wealth managers, hedge funds, or VC firms investing on behalf of clients.

b) Private banks or advisors allocating capital to alternative assets.

c) Entities regulated under MiFID II, FCA rules, or equivalent non-UK/EU regimes.
